I am an Orofacial Myologist and Dental Hygienist with 26 years of experience in dentistry, dedicated to supporting airway health, functional breathing, and whole-body wellness through a personalized, lifestyle-based approach.
I am a Certified Biological Dental Hygienist through the International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine, with myofunctional training through MyoMentor and Buteyko breathing training under Patrick McKeown.
My work is centered on the connection between breathing, oral function, sleep, nutrition, movement, and daily habits. I take a holistic, whole-person approach that focuses on building sustainable foundations for long-term health and function.
Alongside my clinical training, I have a strong passion for holistic wellness and enjoy exploring topics such as nutrition, exercise, nervous system regulation, and biohacking. I believe small, consistent lifestyle changes can have a meaningful impact over time, and I aim to translate that knowledge into practical, realistic strategies for the people I work with.
I'm a Northern Virginia native, but love traveling the world and giving back. I’ve also had the privilege of participating in volunteer and mission-based dental work, including Give Kids a Smile, Mission of Mercy clinics in Virginia and Texas, a clean water project in Cambodia, a dental mission in Honduras, and Blue Dragon's Children Foundation in Vietnam. These experiences deepened my commitment to accessible care, education, and supporting health in underserved communities.
At Mannino Myo & Wellness, I provide individualized support for children and adults seeking guidance with oral function, breathing patterns, and airway-focused wellness. My goal is to create a supportive, educational environment where clients feel informed, empowered, and encouraged throughout their journey.
